2014 Japan ACC

Welcome Message

Dear delegate,

After the very successful first ACC (ACC1) in Bangkok in 2013 by Professor Dr.Wonchat Subhachaturas, it is my pleasure and honour to invite you to the “The 2nd ASIAN CLINICAL CONGRESS (ACC2) ” to be held in Kyoto, Japan on April 3-5, 2014 as the chairperson of the organizing committee.

Medical fields are being revolutionalized everyday by newer discoveries and inventions. Often the impact of these revolutions is on more than one clinical branch. Rarely do we get to see an opportunity to bring about a gathering of health workers which is irrespective of your branch and field of practice. Our clinical committee is a group of diverse clinicians who strive to achieve excellence in medical care by providing such interactions at a global scale. We are really excited to receive you at this gathering as this is our first endeavour of organizing a joint clinical conference. Though this conference is being focused on Asian perspective of clinicians, we welcome all the inputs from other parts of the world. Through this unique platform, we invite all of you blessed and gifted clinicians, doctors and practitioners of medical treatment to our International Clinical Conference at beautiful Kyoto, Japan.

Kyoto has been the capital city of Japan for more than 1,000 years, and this early April is the best season to visit Kyoto, which is considered to be one of the world's tourist hotspots. The meeting venue locates the center of Kyoto and just next to the Imperial Palace of Japanese Emperor in Kyoto. It would be a memorable event to see you presenting your knowledge in the field of medical sciences and enlightening us with the new discoveries and innovations in your own field in the old and beautiful land of Kyoto, Japan.

(Past president of International Society of CBF and Metabolism)
Chairperson of the Organizing committee

Welcome to Kyoto

Kyoto is the storehouse of Japan’s traditional culture and the stage on which much of Japanese history was played out. With 17 Unesco World Heritage sites, more than 1600 Buddhist temples and over 400 Shintō shrines, Kyoto is also one of the world’s most culturally rich cities. Indeed, it is fair to say that Kyoto ranks with Paris, London and Rome as one of those cities that everyone should see at least once in their lives. And, needless to say, it should rank near the top of any Japan itinerary.

Kyoto is where you will find the Japan of your imagination: raked pebble gardens, poet’s huts hidden amid bamboo groves, arcades of vermilion shrine gates, geisha disappearing into the doorways of traditional restaurants, golden temples floating above tranquil waters. Indeed, most of the sites that make up the popular image of Japan probably originated in Kyoto. COME JOIN US FOR THIS EXCITING CONFERENCE AND TOUR IN KYOTO!
